《2016年公司法令》更新暨政府部门“突击搜查”应对策略”讲座 5月27日（星期六） 

 

 

政府于2016年4月4日通过《2015年公司条例草案》，其主要目的在于改善公司内部监管、治理及企业责任。《2015年公司条例草案》将取代自1966年以来执行的《1965年公司法令》。新法令正式在2017年1月31日阶段式生效。

 

鉴于此法令的重要性，本会将于以下日期、时间及地点举办《2016年公司法令》更新暨政府部门“突击搜查”应对策略”讲座，诚邀您的参与!

1）《2016年公司法令》更新概述主要内容提纲：

  • 介绍新公司法带来的重大改变；
  • 公司是否需要修改现有的公司章程；
  • 新法令提高违反公司法的惩罚，公司董事如何避免代价高昂的后果？

 

 

2）政府部门”突击搜查”主要内容提纲：

  • 在收到政府部门的搜查通知，在搜查之前、过程中以及之后，我们该做/不该做些什么？
  • 了解你的权利与限制；
  • 做好准备？对于突击搜查，我们该有什么措施？
