- Subsidiary Companies (Winding-Up) Petition No. JA-28NCC-134-06/2019 and JA-28NCC-134-06/2019 - Winding Petition under Section 465(1)(e) and Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2016.

Reference to the Company’s announcement made on 21 June 2019 in respect of its 2 (two) 100% owned Subsidiaries, AllGreen Timber Products Sdn. Bhd. (“ AGTP”) and Evergreen Fibreboard (JB) Sdn. Bhd. (“EJB”) that was served with a Winding-Up Petition dated 12 June 2019 by Soon Lian Engineering Construction (“the Petitioner” or “SLEC”) via its Advocates & Solicitors. of the Company.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the Winding-Up Petitions on  AllGreen Timber Products Sdn. Bhd. (“ AGTP”) has been withdrawn by the Petitioner with no order to cost and on Evergreen Fibreboard (JB) Sdn. Bhd. (“EJB”), the Winding-Up Petition has been dismissed by the Johor Bahru High Court with no order to cost.
